Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity designed for Speech-Language Pathologists eager to make a difference in K-6 education. This school-based position for the 2026/2027 school year offers the chance to work with a diverse and manageable caseload of 15 students, focusing on impactful therapy and support. With your SLP-CCC credentials, you'll provide vital services within a supportive environment, nurturing students' communication and academic success.
Enjoy a unique schedule:
Serve one full day per week at the primary campus and add a half day at a nearby elementary school just 40 miles away. The school operates Monday through Thursday, giving you unparalleled flexibility and a more balanced work week. This contract runs from August 31 to June 3, giving you the structure needed to plan ahead while making a lasting difference in students' lives.
What We're Seeking:
Current Speech-Language Pathologist license Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Experience or interest in school-based practice, grades K-6 Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to travel between two school locations

Conduct speech/language screenings, evaluations, and therapy for elementary students Develop and implement creative, personalized IEPs Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals Document progress and maintain compliance with school guidelines Foster a positive learning environment for each child
