Role:

The Summer Camp Coordinator will work directly under the Operations Manager & CEO, assisting with administrative tasks, logistical planning, and the execution of Soccer XS summer camp and clinic programs. This position will focus on the organization, and management of our summer programs. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized individual seeking real-world experience in sports management and business administration.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Operations Manager & CEO on daily business operations Manage camp and clinic logistics, registrations, and roster formation. Handle the set-up/break down of company signage, marketing materials and camp equipment. Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and data entry Visit and support ongoing programs to ensure operational needs are met Help prepare for upcoming events, camps, and clinics Contribute to the overall efficiency of Soccer XS programs by managing day-to-day logistics

Who We're Looking For:

Actively enrolled university students pursuing a degree in Sport Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and time management abilities Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Passionate about sports and youth development Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (preferred)
