Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Office Assistant in Springboro, OH, to join our team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to support our daily operations by handling mail, performing light computer duties, and providing excellent support to the other members of the staff, and the clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and eager to contribute to a professional office environment. Responsibilities Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely processing and distribution Perform light computer tasks such as data entry, scheduling and sending emails and text messages. Also receiving and distributing faxes and phone messages that have been transcribed and sent to us as emails. Answer the phone with professionalism and courtesy Assist with front desk duties including greeting visitors and providing customer support Maintain organized filing systems both physically and digitally using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools Support office management tasks such as calendar management and scheduling appointments Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Experience with clerical duties, and administrative support Knowledge of phone etiquette Previous office or administrative experience preferred; personal assistant experience is a plus Join us in this vital role where your organizational skills and proactive attitude will help keep our office running smoothly while supporting our mission to serve clients with integrity and care.
Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
