Job Description
Description Senior Accountant Salary Range:
$90,000 - $110,000 annually Position Summary The Senior Accountant will play a key role in the financial operations of a multi-entity organization, supporting accurate accounting, timely month-end close, and reliable financial reporting. This role requires strong general accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with fixed assets, and the ability to manage a high volume of bank reconciliations across multiple accounts and entities. Key Responsibilities Perform full-cycle general accounting functions across multiple legal entities Prepare and reconcile up to 60 bank accounts, researching and resolving discrepancies Execute month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations Maintain the fixed asset register, including additions, disposals, depreciation, and reconciliations Prepare and analyze financial statements and supporting schedules Record and reconcile intercompany transactions and eliminations Support internal and external financial reporting requirements Assist with audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor inquiries Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company accounting policies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting Proven experience managing high-volume bank and account reconciliations Hands-on experience with fixed asset accounting Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups) Experience with QuickBooks or any ERP system Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines Benefits Medical insurance with small employee contribution 401(k) with 4% company matchPTO / CTO

- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
