Here's what you'd do: Financial Reporting & General Accounting Perform complex general ledger account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to support management decision-making. Prepare daily and monthly journal entries and support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. Prepare and review intercompany transactions and reconciliations. Research and resolve accounting discrepancies in collaboration with accounting and operational teams. Participate in the preparation of year-end audit schedules and provide supporting documentation for external auditors. Support job costing and project cost tracking, ensuring accurate allocation of materials, labor, and overhead. Analyze material, labor, and overhead variances, identifying drivers and recommending corrective actions. Assist with E&O calculations. • Analyze inventory adjustments and investigate discrepancies. Perform payroll processing including entering payroll data, processing timecards and time-off requests, and processing manual payroll checks. Provide backup support for Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) when required. Track capital asset purchases and maintain fixed asset and depreciation schedules according to company policy. Here's what you'll get:
