SUMMARY & OBJECTIVE
The Sr. Accountant will perform a wide range of accountant duties at a professional level and work closely with Accounting manager and CFO to support the organization's strategic goals. This role is responsible for assisting accounting department in creating accurate and timely financial records for the organization. This position is expected to uphold the mission and values established by the organization.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Prepare accounting records, including financial statement and other financial reports, to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to standards defined within the department. Report to the account manager/CFO the finances of the organization. Establish records of accounts and input entries into proper accounts. Document and ensure keeping of financial records, making use of current technologies. Prepare forms and manuals for accounting. Accounts payables (AP) review and issue checks bi-weekly. Accounts receivables (AR) management and over-due report in a timely manner. Assist and provide supports accounting manager for month-end, quarter-end, year-end closing. Oversee AR risk by ensuring compliance with the company's AR credit policy across all departments. Monitor fixed and lease asset management. Design and conduct expense and business travel guideline and necessary trainings for employees. Communicate with HQ accounting/finance team. Assist various ad-hoc reports for weekly and monthly meetings.Other Duties:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business or equivalent work of experiences Minimum 4 years of accounting experience Valid driver's license (required for business trips) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookCOMPETENCIES
Bilingual in Korean and EnglishREQUIRED
- Experience with SAP or other ERP system preferred (Not required) Knowledge of
US GAAP & IFRS
preferred (Not required) Professional accounting training or certification is a plus Financial Management and analytical Skills High ethical standards and attention to detail Problem-solving and critical thinking ability Travel Approximately 5% of overnight travel may be expected.
