The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for light industrial and administrative positions. This role requires strong communication skills, urgency, and the ability to build relationships with both clients and job seekers in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, recruit, and interview candidates for open job orders Post job ads and actively search for qualified applicants through job boards, referrals, and community outreach Conduct screenings, verify qualifications, and match candidates to client needs Coordinate and schedule interviews and onboarding processes Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Communicate regularly with clients to understand hiring needs and job requirements Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations Support onboarding, orientations, and new hire follow-up Meet daily and weekly recruiting goals and placement targets

Qualifications:

Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or customer service preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office or ATS systems Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Skills:

Experience in light industrial or warehouse staffing Ability to build strong client and candidate relationships Problem-solving and time management skills

Work Environment:

Office-based staffing environment Fast-paced with daily hiring demands Requires occasional flexibility in scheduling depending on client needs

Pay:

$23.00 - $24.00 per hour
