Sr. Electrical Engineer

The West Coast Solutions Team is led by experienced aerospace professionals who have created a small business to provide a unique combination of experience, high-end technical capabilities, and small business dynamics in the markets we serve, chiefly Aerospace Electronics, Power, and Cryogenics. As a premium small business provider of advanced components and subsystems, West Coast Solutions is currently seeking experienced Electrical Engineers to support dynamic growth across our product lines, and especially in the development of "New Space" technology for commercial imaging, lunar exploration, and other challenging missions. Requirements Experience in all phases of electronic circuit design from initial architecture through detailed schematic capture. Experience with SPICE and/or HyperLynx simulation Knowledge of space hardware integration, testing and verification. Experience with digital and analog electronics. Critical thinking, with the ability to balance risk and technology with requirements, cost and schedule. Written and oral communication skills with experience presenting technical material. Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams with product managers, designers and other engineers.
