Sr. Financial Analyst

Senior Financial Analyst The Senior Financial Analyst is a high-visibility role reporting to the Director of Finance and serves as a key analytical partner across finance and operations. This role owns the models and insights supporting cost analysis, pricing decisions, and operational performance, with a mandate to drive strategic, data-driven decision-making as the organization scales. Key Responsibilities Financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis KPI and dashboard reporting using BI tools (Qlik preferred) Sales support and deal-level financial analysis Budgeting and operational performance reporting Partner cross-functionally with sales, operations, finance, and IT Required Qualifications Strong FP&A or analytical finance background Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Experience working with large and complex datasets BI/reporting experience (Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Ability to clearly communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders Interest in or exposure to AI-enabled tools in analytics workflows Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
