Job Description:

Seeking a Senior Completions Coordinator to support commercial and industrial construction projects involving commissioning, startup, and turnover activities. This position will lead completions planning, turnover package development, testing coordination, commissioning execution, and documentation efforts across mechanical and electrical scopes.

Responsibilities include:

Managing completions and commissioning processes from construction through startup Coordinating testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities Developing turnover documentation and tracking systems Supporting field teams, vendors, and project stakeholders during execution Verifying installation, equipment readiness, and construction completion status

Qualifications:

7+ years of completions and/or commissioning experience with a Bachelor's degree, 9+ years with an Associate's degree, or 11+ years with a High School Diploma/GED Experience supporting industrial, commercial, energy, or infrastructure projects Knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems, startup procedures, and field coordination Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and cloud-based project software
