Responsibilities:

As a Sr. Maintenance Technician, you will: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on CNC machines, lathes, and other manufacturing equipment to avoid production downtime and increase operational efficiency. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, making necessary repairs in a timely and efficient manner. Oversee the installation, alignment, and testing of new machinery and equipment. Collaborate with the operations team to understand equipment needs and develop maintenance plans. Train junior technicians on maintenance procedures and safe use of equipment. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed. Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Sr.

Maintenance Technician position will have:

A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment. In-depth knowledge of CNC machines, lathes, and other manufacturing equipment. Welding experience, fabrication and repair Surface grinding, a plus Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical issues. Extensive experience in equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex machinery issues. A strong understanding of health and safety regulations. Excellent communication and training skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
