Job Description

Overview A global biopharmaceutical company on a mission to Solve On, Incyte follows science to find solutions for patients with unmet medical needs. Through the discovery, development, and commercialization of proprietary therapeutics, Incyte has established a portfolio of first-in-class medicines for patients and a strong pipeline of products in Hematology, Oncology and Inflammation and Autoimmunity Headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware, Incyte has operations in North America, Europe, and Asia. The Sr. Manager, DTC Digital Performance is part of the Digital Marketing team within Incyte's US Business Analytics function. This person will collaborate with Brand Marketers, Media Strategy and US Business Information Services to translate data into actionable insights (beyond scorecards/KPIs) to propel Incyte's Omnichannel evolution, maximize the impact of consumer digital channels and tactics. The successful candidate will bring a passion for translating data into "so what" and "now what" recommendations to drive change, a willingness to get hands-on with data/analytics, and an aptitude for identifying gaps and opportunities. Key success factors include a propensity for against the grain thinking, a constant drive to improve upon the status quo, and strong interpersonal & storytelling skills. Key responsibilities Own monthly & quarterly reporting of consumer digital performance for each brand to internal stakeholders & agency partners by translating data into insights and recommendations Business owner of
DTC Digital Performance Dashboards:
design dashboards for brand reach with accurate, actionable, and meaningful data visualizations, and align cross-functionally to evolve the dashboard in alignment with the Omnichannel strategy and brand goals Run ad hoc analysis to answer key business questions, such as inflight performance and the impact of tests & optimizations Collaborate with cross-functional team members to create measurement plans with clear and specific objectives aligned to each brand's goals for cross-channel, within channel and campaign/tactic effectiveness Support the creation & delivery of presentations to various stakeholders to support brand planning/budgeting, competitive prep, brand launches, and other key brand decisions Explore and evaluate new data sources/platforms Qualifications Bachelor's degree is required 5+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics in any industry (biotech/pharma experience preferred) 4+ years of experience with presenting analytics/insights to business end users Strong communication, presentation, reasoning, and storytelling skills Proficiency with data analytics/visualization/interpretation Ability to learn and apply new data sets and adapt to constant changes in technology/data
