Job Summary Join the team that is revolutionizing the timing industry with the best silicon Microelectromechanical Systems (MEMS) timing products in the world. As a MEMS Development Engineer, you will use your technical and creative problem-solving skills to design, characterize, improve MEMS devices and build SiTime's next generation of MEMS products. It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position.Responsibilities:
Design MEMS devices and characterize the electrical, mechanical, and thermal performance. Extend and enhance automated infrastructure for MEMS design, data collection and analysis. Design, run, and analyze experiments to understand device physics, materials and fabrication. Interface with local and overseas vendors. Work in cross-functional teams, including Circuits, Systems, and Packaging. Drive and/or support projects and other company goals as needed. Working/supporting other projects as needed.Qualifications & Requirements:
Ph.D. in ME, EE, Physics, or equivalent Skilled scientist with ability to design, conduct, and analyze experiments. Excellent knowledge of mechanics, electrodynamics, thermodynamics. Knowledge in fundamentals of MEMS devices. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills. Passion for delivering exceptional results.Desired Characteristics & Attributes:
1+ years of industry experience Basic knowledge of programing languages, circuits, metrology equipment and methods. Knowledge of finite element simulation tools (COMSOL, ANSYS) and signal processing tools (Matlab).Compensation Range :

The final offer is determined by factors such as location, experience, education, and training. The annual base salary range for this role is $111,000.00- $152,680.
