Sr. Production Fabricator
Job Description:
GAL AeroStaff Ltd. is an aerospace staffing company specializing in temporary and permanent staffing for general and technical positions in the aviation and aerospace industry. Production Fabricator (Aerospace Interiors) The Sr. Production Fabricator supports aerospace manufacturing operations by performing fabrication, assembly, and finishing of aircraft interior components and sub-assemblies. This role is ideal for a well-rounded technician with experience in panel fabrication, bonding, and interior structures, who can support multiple phases of production and provide guidance to junior team members. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform general fabrication of aircraft interior detail parts and sub-assemblies Fabricate detailed components and complete assemblies and value-added tasks Assemble complex structures using sub-assemblies Operate various fabrication machines and equipment Perform trimming and finishing of panels and cabinets using materials such as aluminum trim, laminates (dec-lam), leather, and vinyl Interpret complex blueprints and process specifications to complete assemblies Support production efforts across multiple areas to meet project completion goals Assist in project planning, layout, and coordination to support production flow Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced fabricators Assist in ensuring proper tools, materials, and equipment are available for production Promote quality craftsmanship and ensure adherence to standards Provide feedback to management on project status and progress Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment all safety procedures, including hazardous materials guidelines Maintain regular and reliable attendance Other duties as assigned Competencies To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Adaptability

Minimum 4+ years of experience in an aerospace production or manufacturing environment required Experience with panel fabrication, bonding processes, and interior assemblies required Must be authorized to work in the United States (U.S. Person requirement) Vocational or technical schooling preferred. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong knowledge of aerospace manufacturing and production processes Experience with panel fabrication, honeycomb structures, bonding, and assembly techniques Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation Experience assembling multiple components per drawing and specification Experience working with materials such as aluminum and Nomex Experience applying laminates, leather, rubber trim, and aluminum trims Ability to perform hands-on fabrication tasks including riveting, potting, trimming, and assembly Ability to operate fabrication tools, air tools, and shop equipment Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work in a schedule-driven, fast-paced production environment Ability to provide progress updates and support project coordination Ability to lift, stand, and work in various physical positions throughout the shift Ability to travel or work outside of core hours as required Physical Requirements Ability to lift 25 lbs independently / up to 100 lbs with assistance Ability to work on ladders or elevated platforms Ability to reach overhead and work in confined or non-dust-free environments Normal or corrected vision required for detailed work Ability to stand, kneel, and work in various positions for extended periods Now (Job and company information not to be copied, shared, scraped, or otherwise disseminated/distributed without explicit consent of ) Now Job Info Location Marysville, Washington, United States Type Permanent Company Details GAL Aerostaff 100 Boulder Brook Cir Lawrenceville, Georgia 73343 USA galaerostaff/ 119 Open Jobs Available GAL Aerostaff Our goal is to recruit highly-qualified candidates within the aerospace industry and refer them to employers who can benefit from their specialized labour and skill sets.
