Production Fabricator (Aerospace Interiors) The Sr. Production Fabricator supports aerospace manufacturing operations by performing fabrication, assembly, and finishing of aircraft interior components and sub-assemblies. This role is ideal for a well-rounded technician with experience in panel fabrication, bonding, and interior structures, who can support multiple phases of production and provide guidance to junior team members. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform general fabrication of aircraft interior detail parts and sub-assemblies Fabricate detailed components and complete assemblies and value-added tasks Assemble complex structures using sub-assemblies Operate various fabrication machines and equipment Perform trimming and finishing of panels and cabinets using materials such as aluminum trim, laminates (dec-lam), leather, and vinyl Interpret complex blueprints and process specifications to complete assemblies Support production efforts across multiple areas to meet project completion goals Assist in project planning, layout, and coordination to support production flow Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced fabricators Assist in ensuring proper tools, materials, and equipment are available for production Promote quality craftsmanship and ensure adherence to standards Provide feedback to management on project status and progress Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment all safety procedures, including hazardous materials guidelines Maintain regular and reliable attendance Other duties as assigned Competencies To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Adaptability

Minimum 4+ years of experience in an aerospace production or manufacturing environment required Experience with panel fabrication, bonding processes, and interior assemblies required Must be authorized to work in the United States (U.S. Person requirement) Vocational or technical schooling preferred.
