Sr Technical Business Analyst

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). Five (5) or more years of progressive business or technical analysis experience. Demonstrated enterprise systems experience. Strong understanding of EMS and/or healthcare industry, including operational, financial, and clinical functions preferred. Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen to the satisfaction of the organization. Essential Functions of the Position Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data. Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, ensuring maximum usability. Partner with stakeholders across business units (ex: operations, finance, clinical, support, billing, etc.) to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams. Analyze data from multiple systems (Computer Aided Dispatch, Electronic Health Records, Billing, Logistics, etc.), identifying trends and correlations that can be used to increase organizational efficiency. Work with relational and non-relational data sources (SQL, Snowflake, SharePoint, etc.). Visualize data utilizing available platforms (Crystal Reports, Tableau, Power Bi). Present data and work with shareholders to test process changes and drive performance in their areas of responsibility. Punctuality and regular, predictable, reliable, consistent attendance is essential. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics Advanced SQL and data analysis expertise. Strong experience with enterprise BI tools. Understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and APIs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to influence outcomes without direct supervisory authority. Strong understanding of healthcare, EMS, or public safety operations preferred. Must always maintain a high level of confidentiality. Excellent ability to conceptualize long-term business goals and develop orderly processes to accomplish those goals. Ability to develop and maintain effective partnerships across disparate groups to organize and facilitate decisions and ensure implementation. Supervisory Responsibilities This position does not have supervisory or management responsibilities of other employees. Physical Demands Required to walk, sit, stand, and move about the property for periods of time. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. Work Environment Work performed in an office setting and off-site. Noise level can range from minimal to intense.
