Staff Tax Accountant (Entry-Level)

Responsibilities:

Prepare individual and business tax returns with supervision Assist with tax planning and research Work directly with senior staff and partners on client engagements Organize and maintain client financial data Learn and grow within a supportive team environment

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or related field) CPA track or intent to pursue CPA preferred Internship or prior tax experience is a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Good communication and organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary:

$55,000

• $75,000 (based on qualifications) Performance and/or busy season bonuses CPA support (exam resources, mentorship, etc.

) Flexible work environment Clear path for advancement

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position with standard hours for most of the year. During tax season, hours may increase, but we emphasize a balanced schedule and flexibility outside of peak periods .
