To Apply for this Job Click Here Staff Accountant - Hybrid / Providence, RI Our client, a growing Rhode Island-based organization, is seeking a Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close activities. This role is ideal for an accounting professional looking to continue building hands-on experience in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries Assist with month-end and year-end close Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations Support preparation of financial statements Maintain accounting schedules and documentation Assist with audits and internal reporting Identify and help implement process improvements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years of accounting experience Strong Excel skills Experience with accounting software or ERP systems
