PM Position Type:

Full-Time, Salaried Ditto Apparel has an immediate opening for a full-time Staff Accountant. This role is vital to maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth, transparent, and efficient accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Posting journal entries to General ledger. Conducting General Ledger Reconciliation and analysis Assisting with internal and external audit task Creating/reviewing internal purchase requisitions to order materials, goods, and supplies for the company. Reconciling accounts payable and receivables Generating monthly depreciation postings and annual account reports Maintaining Prepaid Expense Schedules Performing all other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred High School Diploma, and previous accounting experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered Knowledge of Microsoft office applications Strong analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong Microsoft excel skills Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple accounts Ability to coordinate with various other departments and outside vendors in a timely manner Compensation & Benefits Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience 401K match Vacation and Holidays Medical, Dental, Vision Supplemental Plans Life Insurance Long Term Disability Ditto Apparel of California is an EEO Employer committed to creating a diverse, inclusive, and equitable culture for our employees.
