Starting at 55K, may go up to 65K depending on experience

Description:

Sedona Staffing is hiring an entry-level Staff Accountant to help with accounting, inventory tracking, and cost analysis in a manufacturing environment. This is a good opportunity for someone starting their accounting career and wanting experience with ERP systems, inventory, and production costs.

Responsibilities:

Help track production and inventory costs Perform inventory counts and investigate differences Enter inventory adjustments into the ERP system Maintain cost and production data Assist with job costing and cost allocation Analyze production cost differences and profit margins Prepare cost and margin reports Update Bills of Materials (BOMs) and production routings in the ERP system Help set up new products and materials financially Support sales and backlog reporting Work with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial records

Qualifications:

0-2 years of accounting or finance experience (internships count) Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Basic understanding of accounting principles Experience with ERP software is a plus Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills Detail-oriented and organized Good problem-solving and communication skills Able to work independently and as part of a team If you are interested, please submit your resume to monroe@careerpros.com or call 608-330-0055.
