Job Description
Job Summary We are a Christian Owned and Operated company seeking a dynamic and dedicated Staff Attorney to join our legal team, committed to advancing justice and providing expert legal counsel across a diverse range of practice areas. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in multiple legal disciplines, including estate planning, landlord-tenant law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, entertainment law, litigation, and patent law. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in impactful legal work, conduct comprehensive research using tools like LexisNexis and Westlaw, and develop innovative legal strategies. As a key member of our organization, you will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and advocate for clients' rights with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties Conduct thorough legal research utilizing LexisNexis, Westlaw, and other legal research tools to inform case strategies and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Draft clear, precise legal documents including briefs, memos, contracts, pleadings, and other litigation materials to support case development. Provide expert guidance on estate planning strategies and assist clients with complex environmental law issues. Negotiate settlements and legal agreements effectively across various practice areas such as family law, landlord-tenant disputes, securities transactions, and tribal regulations. Represent clients in court proceedings, administrative hearings, mediations, and negotiations with confidence and professionalism. Advise clients on a broad spectrum of legal matters including immigration procedures, workers' compensation claims, personal injury cases, patent filings, and securities compliance. Maintain meticulous records of all case activities and ensure timely updates on case progress through the firm's legal administrative systems. Experience Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required. Minimum of three years of experience practicing law across multiple disciplines such as estate planning, real estate law or litigation. Proven expertise in legal research using Westlaw or LexisNexis is essential. Demonstrated ability to draft comprehensive legal documents with exceptional writing skills. Experience in negotiation, mediation, arbitration and dispute resolution within diverse legal contexts. Familiarity with court procedures and regulatory frameworks related to tribal law and securities compliance is preferred. Strong organizational skills combined with previous legal administrative experience to manage caseloads efficiently. Join us to make a meaningful difference through your legal expertise!
