• Staff Pharmacist Job Type Direct Hire A well-established closed-door long-term care pharmacy is seeking a Mid Shift Pharmacist to join their team on a direct hire basis.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment supporting patient care through precise medication management.

Schedule:

Monday to

Friday:

1:00pm

• 9:30pm Every 3rd weekend rotation, with Saturday and Sunday shifts between 11:00am
• 9:00pm or 1:00pm
• 10:00pm Minimum one summer and one winter holiday shift each year

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial medication reviews using Frameworks software (training provided) Perform final medication checks and reviews to ensure accuracy and safety Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain smooth workflow Accurately dispense medications to meet patient needs Manage a prescription volume of approximately 600 per day

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Active and clear New Jersey Pharmacist license Proven pharmacy experience, preferably in a high-volume or long-term care setting Ability to work efficiently and maintain accuracy under pressure Adaptability to software systems, with willingness to learn Frameworks This direct hire role offers a dynamic work environment within a dedicated closed-door long-term care pharmacy setting, perfect for pharmacists seeking to advance their career with responsibilities in medication management and team oversight.
