• Staff Pharmacist Job Type Direct Hire Seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join a closed-door Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in Cherry Hill, NJ.

This direct hire opportunity offers a structured day shift schedule and involvement in a fast-paced pharmacy environment averaging around 600 prescriptions daily.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial and final medication reviews using the Frameworks software system (training provided) Oversee pharmacy technicians to ensure accuracy and compliance Accurately dispense medications according to protocols Manage workflow efficiently during assigned shifts

• 6:30 PM Rotating every third weekend Weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) vary between 11:00 AM
• 9:00 PM or 1:00 PM
• 10:00 PM Required coverage includes at least one summer and one winter holiday

Qualifications:

Active and clear NJ Pharmacist license is mandatory Previous pharmacy experience, ideally in a high-volume setting Proven ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy under pressure Adaptability to rotating weekend and holiday shifts This direct hire position is ideal for pharmacists who thrive in a busy LTC pharmacy environment and are eager to provide quality medication management services.
