Full-time Full-time Duties:

• Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy department
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing the practice of pharmacy
• Provide clinical oversight and guidance to pharmacy staff
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and medication therapy management
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve workflow efficiency and patient safety
• Manage inventory and ordering of medications and supplies
• Conduct medication therapy reviews and provide drug information to healthcare professionals
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and medication error prevention programs

Skills:

• DigitalRx is a plus but not required
• Fluent English is a must
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy practices
• Excellent patient care skills, including medication counseling and adherence support
• Proficient in medical management and utilization management principles
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction
