Staff Pharmacist

Responsibilities Dispense prescription medications with precision, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulatory standards Provide professional consultation to patients regarding medication usage, potential side effects, and health management Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff to maintain efficient daily operations Conduct product demonstrations for over-the-counter items and promote health-related products through upselling techniques Manage inventory levels by stocking shelves, merchandising products attractively, and performing regular stock checks Handle cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and perform cash handling duties responsibly Maintain excellent phone etiquette when addressing patient inquiries or coordinating with healthcare providers Assist customers with retail sales, including product recommendations and upselling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, safety protocols, and confidentiality standards Participate in merchandising efforts to optimize store presentation and sales performance Requirements Valid pharmacist license in accordance with local regulatory authorities Prior supervising experience within a retail pharmacy setting Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail math calculations Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service excellence Experience in grocery store or retail environments is advantageous Knowledge of basic math skills necessary for medication calculations and cash handling accuracy Ability to perform product demos, merchandising tasks, and stock management efficiently Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive customer interactions If you are passionate about delivering exceptional healthcare services, possess strong leadership qualities, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, we encourage you to apply today.
