• Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract To Hire A part-time Staff Pharmacist opportunity is available for a retail setting in Rathdrum, ID, offering a 13-week contract to hire.

This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating with a tight-knit team to ensure pharmacy operations run smoothly.

Shift and Schedule:

First shift, Monday

• Friday, 9:00 AM
• 6:00 PM Rotating Saturdays, 9:00 AM
• 1:00 PM (working Saturdays allows for an off day on Thursday or Friday)

Team and Environment:

Supportive team including 3 technicians, 2 pharmacists, and 1 cashier Pharmacy system used: Pioneer Daily prescription volume: approximately 300-400

Responsibilities:

Verify prescriptions accurately and efficiently Provide clear and compassionate patient counseling Supervise and support pharmacy technicians Uphold a strong focus on customer service and teamwork throughout daily operations

Qualifications:

Licensed and active pharmacist credential in Idaho Previous pharmacy experience in a retail setting Updated resume, skills checklist, and references ready for submission
