Staff Radiation Therapist

Salary Range:

$65,000 - $108,000 annually ($31.52 - $52.00 per hour)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of radiation oncology therapy procedures in accordance with physician orders. Ensure strict adherence to patient safety protocols and radiation safety standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for patients during therapy sessions, providing support and guidance. Assist physicians and clinical staff during examinations and treatment procedures. Accurately document patient treatments and maintain detailed medical records. Monitor patient responses and report any concerns to the medical team. Maintain and operate radiation therapy equipment safely and effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (T) . Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. (Within 90 days) Minimum of 1 year of radiation therapy experience preferred. Strong communication and patient care skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year
