Job Description

Job description Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking compassionate and reliable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing team supporting hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities. As a member of our nursing staff, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to diverse patient populations while representing a leading healthcare staffing agency based in Cary, North Carolina. In this role, you will use your clinical expertise to assess patients, implement and evaluate nursing care plans, and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes. Assignments may include medical-surgical, telemetry, step-down, rehab, post-acute, and long-term care settings, depending on your experience, preferred practice areas, and our client needs. You will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions, administering medications and treatments, documenting care thoroughly in the electronic medical record, and educating patients and families about diagnoses, procedures, medications, and discharge instructions. As a Premiere Healthcare Staffing RN, you will work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where your professionalism and adaptability are valued. Our culture emphasizes integrity, responsiveness, and strong relationships with both clinicians and client facilities. In every facility, you will be expected to demonstrate sound clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to patient safety, infection control, and quality care. Core responsibilities include performing comprehensive patient assessments, updating care plans based on changing conditions, administering IV and oral medications safely, managing lines and drains per facility policy, and providing wound care, respiratory support, and mobility assistance as needed. You will participate in interdisciplinary rounds, contribute to discharge planning, and help coordinate care transitions to support continuity and reduce readmissions. You must be comfortable functioning as a key member of the care team, escalating concerns promptly, and responding effectively to urgent and emergent situations. Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers opportunities for professional growth across a variety of clinical environments, allowing you to broaden your skills, build long-term relationships with facilities, and make a direct impact on patient care in the communities you serve. You will be expected to uphold all regulatory, accreditation, and facility-specific standards, maintain confidentiality of protected health information, and adhere to all documentation and compliance requirements. We support our nurses with competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative, service-oriented culture that prioritizes reliability, support, and high-quality patient outcomes. If you are a licensed RN who is passionate about bedside care, adaptable to new environments, and motivated to contribute to a team that values integrity and responsiveness, Premiere Healthcare Staffing invites you to bring your skills and dedication to our network of partner hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities.
