Immediate HireStaffing Coordinator Human Resources Great Career Opportunity Part-Time and Full-Time available Weare a 35 year estbalished Company and Growing rapidly We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter to join our human resources team. This role is pivotal in attracting, sourcing, and onboarding top talent across various departments to support our organizational growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to talent acquisition, and a comprehensive understanding of recruitment strategies and HR technologies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to building a diverse and talented workforce while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. Duties Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies utilizing social media management, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and HRIS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, or iCIMS to attract qualified candidates. Manage full-cycle recruiting processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding new employees. Conduct technical recruiting for specialized roles by leveraging industry-specific channels and conducting thorough candidate assessments. Coordinate campus recruitment initiatives and participate in career fairs to build relationships with educational institutions. Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers through regular communication, providing guidance on talent management, employee orientation, and succession planning. Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws during all stages of the recruitment process. Utilize tools like Lever, Salesforce, Kronos, UltiPro, ADP, Paychex, and PeopleSoft for data management and reporting. Lead employee evaluation processes by collaborating with managers on performance reviews and employee relations issues. Engage in cold calling and lead generation activities to identify potential candidates proactively. Support training & development initiatives by identifying talent gaps and assisting in internal recruiting efforts. Requirements Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition roles with a focus on technical recruiting, executive recruiting, or campus recruitment. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and hiring managers effectively. Familiarity with HR sourcing tools such as ATS (e.g., Taleo, iCIMS), HRIS (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft), and social media platforms for candidate outreach. Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure legal compliance throughout the hiring process. Experience working with HR systems like UltiPro, ADP, Kronos, Paychex, Salesforce or similar platforms. Ability to conduct thorough interviewing techniques including behavioral and technical assessments. Demonstrated ability to research market trends and develop innovative sourcing strategies. Strong relationship management skills to foster long-term partnerships within the organization and external networks. Capacity to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
