About the Staging Assistant Role This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that supports both warehouse operations and on-site staging execution. You play a critical part in bringing each project to life — ensuring inventory is prepared correctly, installs run efficiently, and homes are delivered at the Decorus standard.

In This Role, You Will:

1. Inventory Preparation & Packing Execution Pack staging bins based on room assignments and staging plans Protect inventory through proper wrapping, labeling, and organization Prepare bedding, lampshades, décor, and accessories for upcoming stages Assist with inventory tagging, organization, and low inventory identification Unpack and process new inventory as it arrives 2. Warehouse Organization & Operational Support Maintain organization of inventory including décor, art, pillows, rugs, and accessories Keep staging areas clean, stocked, and ready for upcoming projects Prepare staging kits, bathroom bins, and bedding sets Return and reset inventory after stages and destages Support overall warehouse efficiency and cleanliness 3. On-Site Staging & Destaging Support Load and unload vans with staging inventory Follow direction from the Senior Designer or Lead Stager onsite Assist with staging execution including: Making and steaming beds Hanging towels and shower curtains Placing décor and accessories Support furniture and inventory placement as directed Capture pre/post staging documentation (photos/videos) Ensure homes are left clean, polished, and in better condition than found Requirements 1. Work Ethic & Physical Capability (Non-Negotiable) Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs safely and consistently Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods Willingness to perform physical, hands-on work daily 2. Detail-Oriented + Process-Driven Strong attention to detail in packing, labeling, and organization Ability to follow detailed instructions and staging systems Takes pride in doing things the right way — not the fast, sloppy way 3. Basic Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Authorized to work in the United States Comfortable assisting with loading and transporting staging materials Results You Will Own 1. Organized, Ready-to-Go Inventory All staging materials are packed, protected, labeled, and ready — no missing items, no confusion. 2. Efficient, Smooth Installs You support installs that run on time, stay organized, and meet team expectations. 3. Clean, Polished Final Product Homes are left clean, complete, and aligned with Decorus standards — every time. Location Woodinville, WA — serving Seattle and the Eastside luxury market Schedule Expectations Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM This is an in-person role requiring warehouse work, installs, and fieldwork. Each day begins at the warehouse at 8:00 AM, where the team aligns, prepares, and loads for scheduled projects. Our logistics team operates box trucks to transport furniture, while the staging team loads and travels in company cargo vans equipped with staging inventory.
