Position Description:
Seeking a skilled Stamping Engineer to join a dynamic manufacturing team in Madison, Alabama. This full-time, direct-hire role offers an exciting opportunity to lead equipment maintenance, tooling modifications, and process improvements within an industrial setting. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise in stamping machinery, electrical and mechanical systems, and manufacturing process optimization. Responsibilities include overseeing equipment safety and maintenance, managing tooling modifications, coordinating vendor supplies, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality. You will collaborate with management and vendors, troubleshoot machinery issues, and contribute to a safe, efficient work environment on the production floor. Top Requirements:
