Stamping Production Associate

Job Title:

Stamping Production Associate - 2nd

Shift Job Duties:

Operate stamping machines and production equipment Inspect parts for quality and accuracy Meet daily production goals and quotas Follow safety procedures and work instructions Maintain a clean work area Assist with additional production duties as assigned

Pay:

$16.50/hour

Regular Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 4:30 PM - 1:00

AM Possible OT Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 4:30 PM - 4:30 AM Employees may be required to: Work rotating 12-hour shifts during the week Stay over after scheduled shift end times if production goals are not met Work mandatory overtime on Saturdays and Sundays as needed Accept short notice overtime based on production demands Weekend overtime schedules are posted weekly.

Requirements:

Must be able to work mandatory overtime Manufacturing experience preferred but not required Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shift Must be dependable with good attendance Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Pay Increases & Bonuses:

$200 Monthly Perfect Attendance Bonus $0.25 Raise every 30 days through first 90 days Additional raises every 3 months afterward Top out pay reached at 12 months
