The A&W in Standish Michigan is seeking a dedicated and motivated Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team to achieve our business goals. This job pays $17.50 to 19.50 an hour depending on experience level.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations. Supervise and motivate team members. Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Leadership and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality is a plus.
