Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
The STAR Court Case Manager supports the STAR Court Coordinator in managing the day-to-day operations of the STAR Court Program. This position oversees participant progress, provides case management services, coordinates resources, maintains accurate records, and assists with court-related documentation. The Case Manager fosters a supportive, recovery-focused environment while ensuring program compliance and participant accountability.PRIMARY JOB DUTIES
Support the STAR Court Coordinator with daily program operations. Oversee and monitor participants' progress, providing guidance, support, and accountability throughout the program. Conduct assessments to identify participants' needs, goals, and strengths, and connect participants with appropriate treatment, educational, and community resources. Coordinate the placement and removal of monitoring devices in partnership with contracted vendors. Prepare documentation and materials for court hearings, site visits, and program audits. Compile and submit weekly progress reports for participants. Assist with preparation and management of court dockets and hearing documents.ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain consistent, supportive communication with participants throughout their program involvement. Collaborate with participants to establish individualized goals, action plans, and timelines for progress. Provide ongoing encouragement, motivation, and recovery-focused support. Review participant special requests (e.g., travel), evaluate potential risks, and provide recommendations to the STAR Court Team. Ensure accurate, timely documentation of participant records, both physical and digital. Verify accuracy of docket entries and court records. Be available after hours for urgent participant-related matters. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Perform general administrative tasks as assigned.VALUES & BEHAVIORAL EXPECTATIONS

Relevant degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. Experience in case management, counseling, or recovery programs preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software (e.g., SCALES). Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality. Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as participant needs require.Pay:
$40,718.00 - $48,667.00 per yearBenefits:
