Job Summary Minted Detail is hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Starlight Headliner Installer to join our growing automotive customization team in Central Florida. This role involves installing custom Rolls-Royce style starlight headliners in luxury, exotic, and daily-driver vehicles. We are looking for someone with patience, precision, and pride in craftsmanship. Compensation Structure This is a performance-based position with strong earning potential for experienced installers. Paid per install / commission-based Typical installer earnings: Standard installs: $200

• 450+ per vehicle Complex/luxury installs: $450
• 550+ per vehicle Top installers can earn $1,500
