Weekly Pay Job Duties:

As an STNA in an LTC/SNF setting, your responsibilities will include:

Personal Care:

Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Mobility Assistance:

Help residents with mobility, including transferring, walking, and using wheelchairs.

Vital Signs Monitoring:

Check and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.

Meal Assistance:

Support residents during meal times, including feeding those who need help.

Companionship:

Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.

Documentation:

Accurately document care provided and report any changes in resident conditions to the nursing staff.

Health Monitoring:

Observe residents for any changes in health status and communicate these to the nursing team.

Environment Maintenance:

Ensure residents' rooms and common areas are clean and safe.

Requirements:

Licensure:

Must have an active Ohio STNA license.

Experience:

Minimum of 6 months of experience working as an STNA.
