Job Overview We are seeking skilled and motivated Steel Building Erectors crew lead to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise assembly and installation of large-scale steel structures, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every project site. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of commercial, industrial, and institutional steel building projects. Responsibilities Erect and install steel frameworks, beams, columns, and panels according to detailed blueprints and schematics. Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to lift, position, and secure steel components. Read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and technical instructions for accurate assembly. Collaborate with project managers, crane operators, welders, and other trades to coordinate tasks efficiently. Perform metal stud framing, siding installation, roofing, and other related tasks as needed on-site. Conduct quality checks during erection to ensure structural stability and adherence to safety standards. Assist with concrete forming, rebar installation, and concrete finishing when required for integrated building components. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all safety protocols. Experience Proven experience in metal building erection or related construction roles involving steel structures. Familiarity with concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry, plastering, roofing, siding, and stucco work. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and woodworking machinery. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Knowledge of construction management practices is a plus but not mandatory. Prior site experience in commercial or industrial construction projects preferred.
