Steel Fabricator/Welder

Must be able to weld and pass welding test Able to read shop prints and perform layout on various structural shapes. Newly graduated welders are encouraged to apply. Operate warehouse forklift to move pieces from one fabrication station to another throughout the manufacturing process. Align and fit parts to spec using the proper tools, including hammers, pry bars, wedges, and other appropriate tool selections. Use squares, levels and other measuring tools to confirm that all parts are manufactured to specifications. Uphold workplace safety expectations and aid in team accountability for safe workplace practices. Worker who can stay busy and keep on task is a must. Applicants whose car breaks down twice a week, doesn't show up to work the day after payday, cannot arrive to work on time, has six grandmothers pass away in a calendar year, or no sense of humor need not apply!
