Weekdays (daytime) and/or Weekends (daytime + evening), including - Weekday Typical Day shifts: ~7-9am start / 2-6pm end (requires multiple clients) AM or PM blocks: 2-6 hour shifts (single or multiple clients) Pediatric/Student cases (rare/limited): Requires extreme flexibility and reliable ability to shift between After School schedules (~ 2-5pm start times and 5-9pm end times) and Summer + Holiday Breaks (~4-8hr day shifts w/ possible weekend hours) Weekend Typical Day shifts: ~6-10am start / ~12-5pm end (incl. single or multiple clients)Options:
Sat, Sun, both days (Sat + Sun), or every other weekend (1 or both days) Some roles may include transporting clients (requires excellent driving record + HCN-supported insurance) Other Options Hybrid (weekday + weekend): Best option for fastest placement / consistent hours [highly desired!] Respite /PRN:

We are seeking a highly-skilled, compassionate, and professional Home Health Aide (STNA or CNA highly desired | experienced HHA, CHHA, DSP, or PCA will also be considered) to join our home health agency and provide hands-on personal care and support to clients in Brookville, OH, metro Dayton area, and surrounding areas of Montgomery County. Responsibilities Personal Care & Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including safe transfers plus mobility and positioning support Support safe use of assistive devices (walkers, wheelchairs, lifts) Nutrition & Meal Support Homemaking & Environmental Support (IADLs) including light housekeeping, errands, and tasks required to maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment Community Engagement & Appointment Support, Coordination, and (in approved situations) Transportation Basic Health and Safety Monitoring Care Plan Implementation Dementia & Behavioral Support (if applicable) Pro-active observation and excellent electronic documentation Client Rights, Dignity & Confidentiality Total Care Team Collaboration Ongoing Training & Certification Requirements Requirements / Non-Negotiables Job-Related Minimum of 1 year paid in-home care or caregiving experience (STNA/CNA certification in lieu of experience will be considered) Successful completion of all agency-provided HHA/PCA orientation, skills tests and competency evaluations. Willingness and timely compliance to maintain all ongoing Training & Certification Requirements ActiveCPR + FA
certification and documentation of both (+ proof/documentation) - or willingness to complete through HCN within 2 weeks / prior to hire Medication Administration Certification is highly preferred Willing and able to regularly perform all physical demands of home care (including lifting/carrying up to 30-50 lbs. occasionally). Up to 30-minute client travel radius (from your home) is required . Up to 45- or 60-minute client travel radius (from your home) is highly desired (not required). Candidates seeking cases closer to home (<30 minutes) will be considered if necessary. Mileage reimbursement between multiple clients is provided.
