We are currently seeking State Tested Nurse Aides (STNAs) to join our exceptional team of caregivers!

STNA:
Provide daily routine nursing care to assigned residents under the direction of the Charge Nurse (RN/LPN). Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Support residents with mobility, transferring, and repositioning to ensure comfort and prevent pressure ulcers. Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team. Assist with feeding and hydration as needed, ensuring dietary needs are met. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including changing bed linens and keeping rooms organized. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their overall well-being. Follow all facility policies and procedures, as well as state and federal guidelines, to ensure quality care. Qualifications of an
STNA:
Must have a valid and up-to-date STNA license. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Compassionate, dependable, and committed to excellent patient care.
