Stocker / Cashier

Duties Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and quickly Greet customers warmly, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries with professionalism Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging additional sales through upselling techniques Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure an inviting shopping experience Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with precision and integrity Assist in stocking and inventory management to keep the sales floor well-supplied and tidy Demonstrate phone etiquette when taking orders or answering customer questions remotely Support team members with supervising experience by helping train new staff or guiding peers as needed Engage customers in bilingual communication to serve diverse communities effectively Experience Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery store environments or similar fast-paced settings Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is highly advantageous Strong communication skills to connect with a broad customer base Experience in supervising or leading team members is a plus but not required Basic math skills for retail math calculations, including making change accurately and managing inventory counts Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering outstanding service!
