Stockroom Clerk

We have an opening for a Stockroom Clerk on 1st Shift. The opening is on 1st Shift and works Monday - Friday 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. The rate of pay for this position is $22.43/ hr.

STOCKROOM CLERK JOB SUMMARY

Read, use, and follow documentation and instructions and perform all material handling, stock selection, and receiving clerk duties in a quality manner. Position includes driving the van and operating the forklift.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make sure that all incoming materials are audited to standards, identified correctly and inventoried.
• Releases/requests material from internal sources and performs any material
• replenishment to retrieve, pick, and move stock requirements.
• Help maintain schedules and participates in planning and completes them on
• time to satisfy the customer requirements.
• Use various tools to collect, review, report, retrieve, and enter information as required.
• Perform all operations pertaining to material replenishment.
• Do verification of materials and material processes.
• Maintains a clean, orderly work area. Physical
• Frequent long periods of standing.
• Frequent bending and stooping.
• Lifting and carrying average to heavy weight (2-50 lbs) materials and objects.
• Occasional pushing and pulling of materials or objects.
• Hand/finger dexterity and coordination. Non-Physical
• High School Diploma
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent math, oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must have ability to obtain Fork Lift certification.
• Must be able to climb ladders and work at various heights.

COMPENSATION

Hourly Wage of $22.43 The collective bargaining agreement sets the wages indicated. E.O.E.
