Store Associate/ Co-Manager

Store Attendant / Assistant Manager Trainee $15/hour Small family-owned gas station and convenience store looking for a dependable, motivated person to become a long-term part of our team. This is not just a cashier position. We are looking for someone who wants to learn all areas of daily store operations and eventually grow into a larger leadership role within the business. We currently operate as a very small hands-on business, and the right person will be trained directly by the owner. Prior gas station experience is not required. In fact, we prefer someone willing to learn our systems and way of operating from the ground up.

Job Duties:

Customer service and cashiering Learning all behind-the-counter products Tobacco, vape, alcohol, and lottery sales Stocking shelves and coolers Cleaning and general store upkeep Sweeping/mopping floors Restroom cleaning Taking out trash and maintaining fuel pump areas Assisting with inventory and store organization Helping keep the store running smoothly during shifts Other day-to-day store responsibilities as needed

Reliable and punctual Able to multitask and stay productive during slower periods Comfortable handling responsibility and learning new tasks Good attitude and willing to work as part of a small team Trustworthy and dependable Someone who notices what needs to be done without constant direction

Schedule:

Flexible scheduling available. Typical shifts (adjustable):

Day Shift:

9am - 3pm

Evening Shift:

2pm - 10pm We understand mistakes happen and perfection is not expected. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and wants to grow with the business over time. Experience is a plus, but not required for the right person.

Pay:

$15.00 per hour
