Citrus Well Drilling would very much like to train the next member of our team. Summary As a Drill Rig Hand at Citrus Well Drilling, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for assisting with well drilling operations with precision and safety. This role is our entry level position once mastered, one can be moved forward to training for career advancement with us and acquire the skills needed for the next step. Responsibilities Support drilling operations safely and efficiently to complete well drilling projects. Adhere to safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times. Perform routine maintenance on drilling equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to coordinate schedules and logistics. Assist in the installation of pumps and other water system components as needed. Maintain accurate records of drilling activities, including depth measurements and materials used. Qualifications Proven experience in well drilling or related construction fields is a plus but not required. Strong mechanical knowledge to help understand the process Familiarity with OSHA regulations and commitment to workplace safety. Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is a plus but not required. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
