21+ required Job Description Mail It All is a locally owned pack-and-ship business serving the Purcellville community. We are seeking a reliable back of house packer to work behind the scenes preparing items for shipment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in packing items safely and correctly. Responsibilities Pack customer items for shipment using carrier-approved materials Prepare boxes, cushioning, and protective packaging for fragile, oversized, or high-value items Assist with boxing, sealing, labeling, and staging shipments Maintain a clean, organized packing workspace Follow packing standards to reduce damage and claims Support front-of-house staff as needed Qualifications Previous packing, warehouse, or shipping experience preferred Willing to train a fast learner with strong attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable standing for extended periods Must be 21 years or older Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience On-the-job training provided Supportive small-business environment Opportunity for steady hours and growth
