Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs, including product recommendations and demonstrations Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure products are properly displayed according to merchandising standards Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities Maintain store cleanliness, organize stockroom areas, and ensure shelves are replenished regularly Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and product rotation to maximize sales potential Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math concepts Demonstrated supervisory experience or leadership skills are advantageous for supporting team efforts Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves, lifting merchandise, and standing for extended periods Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to create positive interactions with shoppers Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail merchandising practices is beneficial Join us as a Store Crew member and become an integral part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding shopping experiences!
