Responsibilities Lead and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating performance to ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, conducting stock counts, and coordinating purchasing to meet customer demand while minimizing shrinkage Develop and implement merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and maximize sales opportunities Handle customer inquiries, and ensure an outstanding shopping experience for all visitors Coordinate scheduling shifts to optimize coverage during peak hours while managing payroll costs effectively Utilize management skills to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and develop action plans to meet sales targets and improve store performance Skills Proven management experience in retail environments with a focus on supervising teams and driving sales growth Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills for effective employee orientation, training & development, and customer interactions. Proficiency in inventory management systems, POS technology, payroll processing, and retail math. Experience with merchandising, and promotional activities. Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams, manage shift schedules, and foster a positive work environment. Strong time management skills combined with attention to detail.
