The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, manage retail team performance, and contribute to sales growth. Responsibilities include maintaining a positive shopping environment, implementing loss prevention strategies, and leading the team in delivering outstanding service. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive experience for every visitor Excellent Communication skills to effectively lead, mentor, and collaborate with team members Proven experience in Store Management, including staff scheduling, sales performance management, and operational oversight Knowledge of and ability to implement Retail Loss Prevention strategies Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities Previous experience in the retail or fashion industry is considered a plus Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
