Overview Store Manager Full-Time, Exempt position + Competitive Benefit Package Position based out of Petoskey, Michigan Responsibilities Why Blarney Castle? Position Summary As a Store Manager, you are the leader of your store team and the driver of daily operations. You'll create a positive, high-performing environment by coaching, developing, and supporting your team while ensuring customers receive fast, friendly, and reliable service every day. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, solving problems, and leading by example in a fast-paced retail environment.
