This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the boutique including staff leadership, merchandising, customer service, inventory management, and achieving sales goals. We are looking for someone who is positive, organized, self-motivated, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping women feel confident through fashion. Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members Sales & Customer Experience Drive store sales and achieve monthly goals Deliver outstanding customer service both in-store and online Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business Assist customers with styling and outfit recommendations Help execute live sales, social media engagement, and store events Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly Shopify & Technology Responsibilities Strong working knowledge of Shopify POS and Shopify online store operations Manage online inventory accuracy between in-store and online systems Process online orders, exchanges, returns, store credits, and customer accounts Troubleshoot basic Shopify POS and inventory issues Understand integrations including loyalty programs, gift cards, rewards, and customer profiles Assist with website merchandising, product uploads, and online collections Help monitor inventory syncing and operational accuracy across systems Operations & Inventory Oversee daily store operations and opening/closing procedures Manage inventory accuracy, merchandising, and floor presentation Ensure new arrivals are processed and merchandised quickly Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards Monitor POS systems, store credits, returns, and operational processes Assist with receiving shipments, transfers, and inventory counts Marketing & Community Engagement Support social media content, live videos, and promotional events Help create a fun and engaging shopping experience Build relationships within the local community Assist in planning in-store events and customer appreciation initiatives Create and maintain weekly staff schedules Lead by example with strong customer service and sales performance Foster a positive, upbeat, and team-oriented work environment Hold team accountable to store expectations and goals Conduct ongoing coaching, communication, and performance feedback Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift and move boxes/items up to 30 lbs Comfortable using stairs and moving throughout the boutique Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Employee discount Bonus opportunities based on performance Fun, supportive, and fashion-focused work environment Opportunity for growth within the business About Mainstream Boutique Savage Mainstream Boutique is dedicated to helping women look good and feel their best through personalized styling, community connection, and a welcoming shopping experience.
