Store Manager

Atwoods a fast-growing farm & home retailer seeks Retail Store Manager for our store in Crossett Arkansas! Candidates will need excellent customers skills, a positive can-do spirit and big box retail experience. Preferred experience in retail management, supervision, sales, material movement, inventory receiving and safety. This safety sensitive position requires that you be able to pass a forklift certification test and operate a forklift. Safety footwear is required. Ag experience a plus. • Oversee daily operations of the store, including managing inventory, sales, and customer service.
• Utilize supervising experience to lead and motivate a team of retail staff.
• Implement inventory control measures to ensure accurate stock levels and prevent shortages.
• Utilize retail management skills to optimize store layout and product placement for increased sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints effectively.
• Utilize sales expertise to drive revenue and meet store targets. Qualifications

• Proficiency in POS systems
• Excellent customer service abilities
